THIS PRIVATE-LABEL EDUCATION LICENSING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 14th day of January, 2026 (the “Effective Date”), by and between:

VIZIO MAKEUP ACADEMY, a California business entity, with a principal place of business located at 9440 Santa Monica Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California 90210, represented by its Owner, Anastasia Andreani (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”);

AND

CHARLOTTE RENEE BEAUTY, an Illinois business entity, with a principal place of business located at 315 Shabbona Dr, Park Forest, Illinois 60466, represented by its Owner/Director, Veronica Wormley (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”).

Provider and Licensee may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” (SEE FULL CONTRACT)
